Gareth helped us out after we had been let down by our floor installer and came to lay our stair runner on Christmas Eve. He is so efficient, friendly and responsive - we would absolutely recommend him and our stair carpet looks amazing. Gareth is clearly very experienced and although we had measured up ourselves and ordered the wrong size with one piece of the carpet, he knew what to do to make it work and it looks perfect.
