He was also able to complete some extra jobs (guttering & soakaway) which we thought we would have to get another tradesman for. He was flexible and was in constant contact to let us know how job was progressing. As the job progressed there were also extras we asked him to do which were no problem at all. Gate not now usable. Two text messages to trader, both have on the face of it been completely ignored. LARGE AREA OF TALL FEATHEREDGE FENCING - BONDARY SHORTER RUN (APX 4 MTRS) TALL FENCING WITH GATE REMOVE 7 MTR RUN OF HALF-ROUND RETAINDER FENCING WHICH HAD COLLAPSED, REMOVE EARTH AS REQUIRED, REBUILD USING SIMILAR MATERIALS TO MATCH EXSISTING, CLEAR SITE. Mr Williams did a really great job, start to finish. His approach to the two projects outlined above was positive, and he always involved me with any alternatives/options/ideas. The end result was exactly what I hoped we might end up with. Mr Williams kept to schedules, was timely, looked after all the bits & pieces with regards to materials required, all passed on to me far cheaper than I could ever buy them. His labour charges are fair, and you get a full days work, that's for sure. And when then job was finished (I was actually away on that particular day) I came home presently surprised, as the whole site had been thoroughly tidied. A small part of the job, but one that always leaves a lasting impression. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Williams, and I'm already in conversations with him regarding the next home project due next month!-
