Jason helped us with a relatively large scale project, demolition of existing extension and conservatory, a load bearing wall, and building a new extension with an open plan kitchen. His team also completed other work of the house including painting, laying new floors, building a new shower room, and laying outside decking.
The project was very demanding schedule wise. I needed the work to be completed in 8 weeks when we come after the holiday in China. Given the uncertainties involved, it's a challenging project, Jason and his team did a very good job.
1. He puts customer's satisfaction/expectation at the forefront, and always thrives to achieve the best for his customers.
2. He is good at keeping a effective line of cummincation. When we were away abroad. He managed the project well, and kept a effective line of communication with us regarding the progess/decisions of the work.
3. He is committed to deliver high-quality work. After the completion of the project, there have been some small snags, which is inevitable. Jason took those seriously and made sure the delivery was completed in full.
4. He is not afraid of taking on challenges. We initially needed a quote before a site visit. This is quite difficult and not many builders would take the challenge. But Jason took it on and we very much appreciated it.
Although as it turned out there's been some overrun of cost in the end, but I think Jason has done a very good job for us.
