Michael was incredibly helpful when giving guidance on the best way to tackle to roof / chimney stack. Also replaced any blown bricks on the front wall, would recommend.

Michael has been fantastic from start to finish. Michael came to look at the job over a weekend, was very professional and advised the techniques he would use on the roof to ensure the moss is removed completely. We booked the job with Michael, he was courteous, timely and hard working. He takes a lot of pride in his work and kept us up to date with how the job was going at all times Also tidying the moss away on each call. Professional throughout – A ridge tile blew off and broke due to the recent gales so I was fully aware that roofers were busy and the high winds meant it was not safe to be going up on roofs. However, Michael contacted me promptly with a sensible price which I was happy to accept and then he kept me regularly updated regarding his availability and weather. I sensed from his text messages that he was a cut above the typical tradesman and I was not wrong. Michael came with his assistant today at the time promised and did a very good job - I have retained his details for future use and I will have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a roofer. In fact, I have already recommended him to a neighbour who wants some work doing in the springtime. Thank you for a hassle-free experience.
