    Replace cast iron gutter
    Michael was very professional - he was able to re-arrange the visit easily, and gave a very fair estimate. He even came back to help with the existing gutter. Couldn't be happier.

    Quote to fix Leaky roof
    Michael was very quick and helpful. He explained and showed me the problem with my roof, he kept me informed of when he would be coming to do the job. When he had finished he show me the work and checked I was happy with the finish.

    Some tiles on my roof and clean the gutter
    Really quick response. Michael completed a gutter clean of the property and replace a broken tile. Good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

    Lead flashing and Gutter downpipe
    This is the second time McGowan Property Maintenance have carried out work on my property. Once again Michael was on time and provided a very fair quote. The work was completed and additional work was carried out at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael for this type of work.

    Remove the chimney

    Cracked Roof Tile
    Really quick response. Michael also went the extra mile and replaced 2 further cracked tiles at no extra cost. Have agreed with Micheal to come back and jet wash the roof to remove moss build up. Great service.

    Demoss/clean roof/fix broken tiles/remove aerials
    Since posting our job Michael has been highly professional and honest. His standards of work are very high and he made sure he not only completed the job but also left the house as tidy as possible. We are really pleased with the job - as arr our neighbours, two people have called michael over all ready! Highly recommended.

    roof repair
    Work required: Repoint ridge tiles, Repoint lead valleys, Remove all moss, Supply and fit 8x tile air vents, Replace 1 ridge tile, Replace conservatory guttering, Clean all guttering and surrounding areas, 2 days to complete, All materials supplied,All old materials removed. Work not completed in stated time. Informed all work complete to find guttering shedding water down window, so called back to complete. Moss not removed, but dumped in garden. A subsequent survey by prospective buyer revealed that the air vents not fitted correctly, waterproof membrane under tiles not even cut through. This meant air vents pointless. When informed no offer to fit properly. Other works ok.
