Michael talked through all my options with me & allowed me to ask LOTS of questions. Attended the next morning & completed the job within minutes. Friendly, approachable & gave an easy solution. Price was the most competitive I found through all responses to my advert.

We initally asked Michael to do some work on our roof..... We are so impressed by his work, we asked him to replace all of the guttering and fall pipes too. I would highly recommend him, very professional, also the price he quoted was the price we paid.

Michael responded to my advert within 30 minutes, came around the next day (Sunday) to review / price the job, and fixed up the roof on the Tuesday. I was impressed by how prompt he was, didn't need chasing / reminding and did exactly what he said he'd do.

Earlier this year we had had a full re-roof carried out on my house by another local roofer. We had had several leaks and the roofer didn't seem to care. I contacted Michael through My Builder, he came out the next day, carried out a full assessment of the roof and explained what work needed to be done to resolve the issues. Michael kept in touch regularly about a start date and on the day himself and his contractors carried out a professional and excellent job. We finally have a roof that doesn't leak after 5 months!!! Thank you very much Michael I would recommend you to anyone wanting work carrying out on their roofs .

Michael turned up as promised on time . a very pleasant guy worked quickly. very professional and knowledgeable .needed to come back next day when gutters were dry to seal with silicon wouldn't take any payment until job was finished .good price HIGHLY RECCOMEND if needed will use him again.
