    Clear and repair guttering to detached house.

    Great communication, kept upto date with estimated arrival time, works carried out efficiently and in good time. Very professional service and competitvely priced. Would highly reccomend. 5***

    Gutter cleaning

    Michael And his father came to do my job. They were very polite and very professional: they explained what they needed to do, carried out the work quickly and cleaned and tidied up. I would definitely use them again and can recommend them without hesitation. Cyril. Nield.

    Roof verge repair and install of plastic dry verge

    BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS!!!!! Left a job in a dangerous state, which others described as “should go to prison for”, then stopped answering phone calls. Despite promising to redo the job, never turned up and refused to issue a refund. Now changed the phone number and company name (previously known as McGowan Property Maintenance Ltd). Don’t be fooled by initial false politeness – you’ll be left with substandard work and a string of verbal abuse!

    Safe to say we certainly are not cowboys. Job was half complete due to high winds fitting plastic dry verge caps on a steep, high apex. We agreed to call back when the weather eases off? Yes. Meanwhile you did contact ourselves to explain 1-2 have blown off, & we understood & explained why, but they will be put back when the 2nd half is complete too. While your wife was in anger to this , she jokingly threatened ‘if she had a gun should shoot us’. With all respect but it was hard to understand why she said such a comment. Mario, we both settled an agreement as you decided to find new roofer & failed to pay us. Your guarantee is void as the company has seized trading just like the time Thomas cook seized, when we did had a laugh & a joke. Yes! MCGOWAN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LTD has seized trading with all legal backing & documents to show proof! We now trade as PROSPECTIVE HOME AMENDMENTS LTD. Sad to see this negative comment has been left, but we will take this on the chin & hopefully continue to win work for future customers & remain a top high quality reputation. Thank you.

    Missing Roof Tiles and Repairs

    Very speedy response and great work. Did exactly what was required at a very fair price. Hope to use him again soon for some additional work.

    Leaking roof

    Michael responded very quickly to my request, came round the next day, identified the problem and provided a very reasonable quote. Michael undertook the work, excellent workmanship, very professional and extremely polite. Whilst making the repairs Michael noticed a couple of slipped tiles and re-fixed them at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Michael and would not hesitate in asking him to undertake any roofing/guttering work I may have in the future
