This is pure childish & pathetic behaviour. No work was agreed & no quote given. This was strictly appointment only for 10.30am to be precise, not 9.23am as Peter did try to contact me at. Jobs does mention ASAP JOB, but took 2 days to shortlist us. Demanded we called Saturday, but booked in on Sunday 23rd Feb 2020 due to bad weather. We did cancel only due to severe wind, torrential rain as the full country is in yellow flood warnings. Unfortunately we can not climb upon a roof. Health before wealth as everybody knows. I feel this is some sort of scam as all is mention happened within 10mins & was left helpless & speechless. We have tried to take action with mybuilder but they have failed us, only been told that it won’t affect our chance of winning work & Peter would like to express his feelings as as a negative feedback. I hope future customers wanting our professional services don’t take this into question, we hope this doesn’t affect us in the slightest. We do have many customers already booked in as seen on our profile who all understand & give us the benefit of the doubt due to the weather. There isn’t anything further we can do, mybuilder I hope you take this in action as we work, represent & carry the mybuilder website. 1 man comes along, de grades us & puts yo down to 99%, I believe this doesn’t look good for prospective customers using the mybuilder website.
