    Monoblock driveway
    I'm delighted with the work that Custom Landscapes recently carried out, which included removal of hedges, demolition of a wall, new garden fencing and a large area of monoblock driveway and paths. Derek and his team were very professional and carried out the work on budget to a very high standard and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

    excellent work - Derek is so good and competitively priced that we used him for a second job of laying artificial turf. Great friendly service

    Initial block paving to start with
    Derek was no fuss, simple application to things and stress free. I will be using Derek again due to the confidence I gained in his output. Good job.

    36 tonnes of gravel to spread
    Derek and his team spread 36 tonnes of gravel in a day and did a fantastic job in the process. Very reasonably priced, professional and reliable. Would highly recommend Derek for any landscaping work. He's a thoroughly nice guy and was determined to do a great job - even after Storm Ali had hit!

    Extend existing paving
    I posted a job in April 2018, and Custom Landscapes ltd responded promptly and provided a quote for the work that was acceptable. Trying to get a date agreed for the work to begin was the problem. After a couple of attempts I finally got a start date of September 3rd agreed. Unfortunately this date came and went with no show from Custom Landscapes and no communication as to why. I have now cancelled the job and will go elsewhere - very disappointing.

    Very disappointed you felt the need to post negative feedback for not having a start date in place for you. Firstly on initial meet I explained we were a small company and we took great pride in our workmanship and as such were in demand and at that particular time very busy. I kept you updated,even returning to discuss the job in further detail,brought sample paving etc for you to choose as I like to spend time personally discussing your requirements and getting them exactly right. I agreed a start date of September 3rd and advised ,weather etc permitting. Unfortunately do to unforseen circumstances I sustained fractured ribs prior to your job start date,I advised yourself by email as soon as I could and apologised and said I would discount your job price as a good will gesture for your inconvenience if you were able to wait till I had recovered. I had no response from yourself and assumed you had decided not to proceed which in itself was disappointing but the feedback you left was most disappointing to me as every single feedback left for this company have all been positive based on constructive comments about our workmanship. I wish you well and trust you had an acceptable job carried out.

    The guys did an excellent job. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

    Patio, lawn and decking installation
    Derek and his team finished the job in 2 days which I thought was really quick. All work was done to a high standard and exactly as required. Good communication throughout. Would recommend. Thank you for a great job.

    Back garden landscaping.
    I cannot praise this company enough, right from the start Derek provided us with valuable guidance. The job was completed on time with the minimum of fuss, at a good price and far exceeded my expectations. We had a patio with feature compass laid in natural stone surrounded by grass and stones. Great job well done, thanks Derek. I would recommend Derek and his team to everyone.
