Very fair quote. Kept to arranged date. Took time and trouble to fix the pipe right when it proved more complicated than anticipated. Efficient, tidied up afterwards. Everything seems to be running OK. A very pleasant person to deal with.

Jon was great - professional, punctual and a nice chap. We now have a functioning shower and we are very happy indeed. Recommended. First off, he had actually read our original job request properly and thought about it before responding. Top marks! This initial response, his location and the fact that he is clearly a plumber (not A-Z services) made us choose him. He came round for a site visit when he said he would and then guided us towards a solution. He costed everything and provided a written quote. He then came when he said he would, did a great job, tidied up, communicated well and charged as quoted. Brilliant! What more could you want? We will definitely use him again for further plumbing work.
