JRC were hired to completely rewire a 3 bed flat. Jamie was very easy to communicate with by phone and email, and understood what we wanted. His team were in and out within 2 days, they were highly efficient at their jobs. Everything was left neat and tidy after the work was done. Their price was significantly cheaper than other electrical contractors in the area and i'd highly recommend JRC Rewiring.

Generally happy with the job, one slight issue: When re-wiring the kitchen the plastering they did was rough and stuck out past the remaining tiles in the kitchen. I have had to have it removed and re-plastered.

As this was my first large project in my new flat I was worried about getting a quality tradesman. Jamie turned up on time and was very professional in his demeanour and knowledgeable about working on period properties. The timescales he offered as well as the range of services he could do in house made JRC Properties the obvious choice. The quotation he gave was extremely reasonable given what was required and he was accomodating to my requests, making suggestions where something could be done better. The team worked efficiently and were tidier than could be expected, given the nature of the job, and I am very happy with the results. Overall my experience with JRC Property Solutions has been very positive and I will be sure to recommend them in future as well as approaching them for future jobs.

The service we received from Jamie and his team was excellent, they were all very professional and helpful when onsite. As a team they worked fast and were very efficient on the job and due to problems arising with our old building they proved to be very flexible. We will definitely have them back to complete our renovations.
