Made a date and time then said he is busy. Obviously a job with more money. Don’t bother with these. Unreliable.

Amazing service no time wasting, came in and did the job to an excellent standard, very happy customer, guys are great too and pleasant and friendly. Very professional no mess left, everything cleaned up before they left.

We had 11 outside windows to be painted. Within a few days of getting the job the team arrived bang on time. The weather was not perfect but they worked very hard and finished it in the early evening. The building looks much better now. Job well done.

They arrived when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. Conscientious, diligent, all to a high standard. Hard working, non-stop, cheerful and approachable. Nothing too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&P.. Thoroughly impressed. Well done!

Unprofessional, unapproachable and unreliable. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone else. We were assured by Jake, they would be able to complete the job to our standards. This has not been the case. Spraying ok, but patches of previous colour still evident on back fence. Took fence panels out to spray and replaced them in the wrong section of the garden so damaged them. Trampled all over the Rockery, killing most of the plants. Groundwork complete botch up. Laid resin on existing mortar. Refused to come back and tidy it up for us. Attitude of ground-worker absolutely appalling. It took 6 hours for my husband and I to clean the flags after we were told it wasn’t their job. We have a disabled daughter and a young dog who have been unable to access our garden for over a week. Communication has been appalling. I’m happy to speak to any potential new customers to avoid them going through the same stress.

Very happy with the work done . Professional and work done to a high standard. Very pleasant to deal with and helpful . I would recommend them .
