Jack was brilliant. He was up front about the total cost of the job once he had looked at my issue and described how he planned to solve it, then checked with me before commencing each part of the job, keeping me informed of what he intended to do to make sure I was happy with his work as it went along. He responded within an hour of me inviting him to the job, arrived the next morning and finished by lunch, cannot reccomend him enough. He cleaned as he worked and was very respectful, polite and ensured the job was completed to a high standard with care taken to impose as little as possible on both myself and neighbours.
