Overall, the job was done quickly and at a reasonable price, and the camera was installed properly in the end. However, one issue: at first the installer didn’t follow the manual and tried to pry the camera off the bracket with a screwdriver, which left some marks on both the battery and the back of the camera. After I checked the manual and pointed it out, he used the proper safety pin mechanism to release the camera from the bracket. Installation is solid and working fine.
