Plumber (John) arrived promptly, explained the cause of the problem and the solution. He replaced the cold water valve and put the washer back in place. Job done quickly at the price quoted. He was pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with. I have asked him to quote for a bigger job of decorating. Very happy with the speed of the response to my advert.
