Andrian was very professional and experienced and able to do the job in a very tight timeframe which, with a leak, was clearly important. Very pleased with the work and cost seemed reasonable for the quality of the job. Would very happily use Andrian's services again.

I worked with andrian on the removal and fitting of my new kitchen. He was very knowledgeable about installing Ikea kitchens which are notoriously difficult. He was available via text and phone during the whole project which was helpful. Plus he was willing to work the odd saturday which was a big bonus. The finish of the project is to a very high standard thanks to his great attention to detail.

I hired Andrian as his proposals for our bathroom were the most flexible which was what we needed as a full plan of action hadn't been made at the time. He helped to discuss the best way to do things and find solutions to the problems that stemmed from the previous condition of the walls/pipes/cowboy installations etc. I am happy with the quality of the work provided and the advice given on products/designs was very helpful, and Andrian is always available to contact for questions and updates. His teams' expertise were very important in getting the desired look for our project.

Josef had executed two projects successfully for me . The project consisted of completing two bathrooms from scratch and modernizing the conservatory . Right from day one he was meticulous in taking the requirements and came back with pitfalls on my thoughts on layout and suggested improvements in the layout and design. The good part about Josef is - he is an electrician himself and hands on with most of the building activities. He commits what is possible and sticks with his commitments. He has a reliable team and is a professional builder. I would use him again for my building work.

Andrian did a fantastic job on our very cold and badly organised bathroom. He rearranged the fittings, stripped back the walls to the brick and removed the false ceiling. He insulated the room, plastered the walls, put in all the fittings and tiled the walls and floor. Even the inside of the porthole window! Excellent finish and great attention to detail. Definitely recommend.

Based on these reviews​ I​ was expecting only good things from Andrian Lossifov at Josef McLoed builders... until day 1 of our kitchen refurbishment job when no one at all pitched up, leaving us with of all our kitchen contents emptied out to the lounge in anticipation of the build. After 24 hours with no communication I finally received an unapologetic email the following day with an explanation of another job overrunning and that I should be more 'flexible'. Perhaps the quality of work would have been great, but without a certain level of trust and reliability I could not continue with this builder.​

This is to share my recent experience with the services provided by JOSEF McLEOD. For the last 30 years I had owned a flat at Milton Court, Carrara Wharf at Putney Bridge, London. The place had never had any significant maintenance and over time it had become overly worn down. Since I had moved out I needed complete remodelling of the two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, entryway as well as two full bathrooms. Exchanging water heater, new electrical wiring and complete new plumbing. My place had to be entirely gutted out Mr. Andrian Iossifov, JOSEF McLEOD, was introduced to me by the complex manager as someone who had already done similar jobs in our complex. I was able to coordinate the scope of work with them over the phone with me residing in Texas. The scope of work was discussed in a very professional manner so that I understood every step of the way. The discussions began in late March-2016. Once everything was agreed and we signed the contract I was kept updated on the progress of the job regularly. By second half of May-2016 the job was completed and on June-1st-2016 I had my new tenants move in. Definitely Mr. Andrian Iossifov made this experience absolutely painless as well he accommodated all additional changes in the process of the work. All in all I give JOSEF McLEOD the highest possible rating.
