Great job done !, we are very happy with the standard of the work carried out. John and his team are thorough professional people. He was very helpful to us in planning the work even in our absence and they work hard to complete the job on time. The whole process was so smooth and the team did the job as they promised.I highly appreciate his professionalism in explaining things to person like me who know nothing about building work. He used good quality material, no cutting corners every aspect of the job done so well that it looks so neat and clean. Few small things which i really appreciate ; He did some extra work to make sure the overall it looks nice, They removed all the rubbish and cleaned every things nicely at the end of the job. Overall we are very satisfied by the work done and our driveway looks great!. We would strongly recommend John and his team to any one who has no previous experience, wants their job done to a high standard and looking for a professional and honest team. Really pleased with John and his team. As we know with roofs it is very weather permitting in order to complete. What I liked about John was that he kept me posted on every front so I knew if they werent able to attend etc. The other positives were that they were very tidy and cleaned up every day on leaving. In fact my neighbours (I live in a cul de sac) had remarked as to how clean and tidy they left the main communal area.

I instructed 3 roofers for this job and all attended site and supplied me a quote within 48 hours which was great, I employed John on the basis of price and my builder reviews ,John also provided me with photos and local addresses of previous jobs which was excellent back up to his quote. They attended site as per agreement and the scaffold went up and the team were on site the next morning .The old roof was removed with no fuss and removed from site immediately so no rubbish left lying about and the membrane was fitted to ensure the house was water proof. The next day the team were on site and the entire roof was installed .John and his team were first class arriving on time and basically working until each phase was completed to Johns satisfaction only stopping for the briefest of lunch.The garden and the road outside was always kept clean and tidy and John continued to communicate with regards to any updates. John finished my roof a while ago now but instead of jumping straight into a review I wanted to wait to give a better idea of the service overall. First off his comms are excellent. Really quick replies and does what he says he will. His lads are very good. They went out of their way to save the old tiles and transported them to my dad for free. They also managed to fit some over an area that had difficult access. I had some bad weather over the install so our came John over the weekend to rescue things. They even lifted a huge cast iron radiator upstairs. It was so heavy but they did it. For free. I had a hiccup and this is where a good tradesman is worth their weight. I had some dormers fitted which later required permission. John said he would remove and replace for free with slate if I didn’t get it. I got it so he didn’t need to but I believed every word that he would. I now have a great roof and am really pleased with the whole process. I have had bad experiences in the past. This lad and his company are the best.
