You also said in your original post that the underlay and grippers were already in place, which they weren't and the actual carpet you required fitting was an old unclean piece that you forgot to mention. We managed to squeeze your job in at short notice on a busy Friday afternoon but when we arrived we had to wait another 20 minutes for you to actually turn up, then spend another half hour replacing (free of charge) the incorrectly fitted grippers you had tried to fit yourselves. Considering we only charged £60 for the job, your neutral feedback seems a bit unfair.
