I hired Richard to re lay 2 carpets for me and he did a great job he re layed them better than they were originally, ended up a bit more work than Richard thought but this didn't bother him he just got on with it and completed the job to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend Richard for any flooring work.

I hired Richard to complete the 45sq meter job which included 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase after reading the reviews of his work on this site. I decided to buy my carpets and underlay online after obtaining numerous quotes from local and national carpet retailers, all of which I found to be quite expensive. By hiring Richard I was able to buy top quality products from Victoria Carpets and Cloud 9 Underlay online saving around £450 on quotes from the traditional retailers. Richard came to my house twice once to quote and measure; I used his measurements to accurately buy the materials. Secondly, he fitted the carpets with his colleague and supplied all door plates and grippers in his quote. Richard might cost a little more than other fitters but you're getting a faultless finish, prompt service and he is a pleasure to deal with. I would book Richard again for any future flooring work.

I posted the job, for new hallway, stairs and bedroom carpets on 11th May 2015, and my new carpet was fitted by the 21st May 2015. Richard contacted me shortly after I posted the job, and kept up regular communication throughout the whole process. I didn't know what type of carpet I wanted so Richard, kindly bought round a variety of colours and types for my to choose from and quickly arranged for my chosen carpet to be ordered, collected and fitted. On the day, Richard arrived on time and provided an efficient and quickly fitted service, without any loss of quality. I would highly recommend Richard to friends and family. He was a pleasure to deal with and provided a reasonably priced and quality service.

Richard arrived as agreed and on time and has done an excellent job for the price agreed.The price was good value .The work was done to a very high standard and by a master craftsman.It was cutting the long roll of carpet and laying underlay on a 6.5 metre landing and 12 stairs with a lower landing too.There were 5 doorways and the plates etc. were well fitted.Thank you very much..we shall be glad to place future work with Richard.

A pair of cowboys had made a terrible job of fitting my Carpets,came back several times ,still as bad,talk about stress!! Richard came along and in a few hours had made things right,professional and informed,very sociable hard working and understanding,would have him again in a heartbeat, don't hesitate to trust him he is a mensch.

Arrived on time, managed to relay the carpet within an hour and was friendly. I would contact him again in the future regarding further work and would recommend to others.

I required a new vinyl floor fitting to my tricky multilevel kitchen. Richard came at short notice and bang on time. An excellent job to a very high standard.
