This feedback is totally untrue and unfair. I rang the customer the night before the work was booked in to check all was still ok. He informed me that other trades were behind so could we postpone the fitting until a later date. I agreed to this and asked the customer to get in contact with me when all was ready. After hearing nothing for 2 or 3 weeks, I sent, through the MyBuilder messages page, an enquiry asking if the job was ready to go yet ? After hearing nothing in response I assumed he had got someone else in to do the work or cancelled altogether and wrote the job off. Imagine my surprise when nearly 4 months later I received my first and only negative feedback in over 4 years of building up a perfect reputation on this site.
Reply created 2 Jul 2016I am a bit surprised to find a neutral feedback given for a job the customer described above as " did a good job". Maybe he just pressed the wrong button by mistake.
