Quick response, tidy job of pruning a tall pleached laurel hedge leaving looking really smart and tidy for spring. Would recommend as took all the cuttings away and garden just looks loved again.

John replaced the crumbling cement under the ridge tiles with a modern dry capping system, and also fitted dry verge system to 3 gable ends.. All looks excellent. John left the whole area neat and tidy... Excellent job

John was very courteous and quick in completing the work. His quote was very fair and he was kind enough to also have a look at the gutter to check for any blockage. Very happy with how smooth and efficient this whole process went as this was the first time I was using mybuilder.com. Would definitely recommend John.

John replied quickly to my initial request to My Builder and came and looked at the job. He took great pains to understand the job and explained what he would do with the help of pictures he had taken of the existing guttering Price and timings were agreed and John appeared at the arranged time to carry out the work. Once finished he fully explained what he had done which was to our complete satisfaction. Very neat and tidy, we would thoroughly recommend this professional.

Re-bedded a ridge tile and carried out a few additional jobs: repointed remaining ridge tiles where needed, cleaned out rear gutter and adjusted front gutter. Arrived as planned and carried out work efficiently and as agreed. Would use again.

Lovely friendly chap and great comms, which I find is a rarity these days - how many times do you contact someone to get a job done and they don't even get back to you, even if it's just to say they're unavailable?! Too many times in my experience, but not the case with John! Got back to me quickly and I knew where things stood at every step of the way. I'm very pleased with his work - knows what he's doing, fixed my detached guttering downpipe with no fuss and I had no doubts following up with him to get my hedge under control - sorted it a treat.
