John was on the case immediately through MyBuilder despite the late evening query. He texted me first thing the next day and came round before 9am. The job was a quick easy one for him and sorted out within 20 minutes for a decent and pre-agreed price. Downpipe blockage removed and brackets which had come loose prior to his visit secured back to the wall. Guttering water-tested with hosepipe and all water disappeared through the downpipe. He also suggested I wait until proper rainfall to double-check matters and, if there was still a problem, to call him back out. Top man. Fast, positive experience and problem solved!

John was very quick and efficient. It did the works at a good price and even cleared out our guttering while he was on the roof. All waste was removed from site which was included in the price quoted.

John provides an excellent service, very pleasant person, who went the extra mile and chr jed our main roof and fixed a couple of broken tiles. Very pleased with the job John has done also have piece of mind about the state of our roofs in general. Will be calling John back to tidy a few tiles up again in the future. A really positive experience. A realistic quote and job completed the same day with no fuss. We were shown the broken ridge tile that was replaced and the guttering pipe was also repaired. I would highly recommend and would certainly use again.
