Would wholeheartedly recommend Nathan. Fantastic experience. Looked at problem, explained solution simply, Nathan's solution (replacing hinges rather than whole window) was a lot cheaper than I thought. After quote, Nathan arrived next day and completed work quickly, cleanly and to a very high standard. Lovely lad - we rebooked him for another job.

I’m extremely happy by the work Nathan carried out in my property which consisted of practically new windows in the entire property. He’s very friendly, kept me updated throughout the process and tidied up after the work was carried out. I’d highly recommend him and look forward to using him on future properties.

assessed old door an managed to do repair to make it useable in short term. discussed new door type, options. agreed door and received invoice with quote. Very happy to proceed. Nathan could not have been more apologetic about delays in order, due to COVID ( totally unavoidable) . Kept me posted when delivery expected. Door fitted, all mess removed. demonstrated the door mechanism. Really happy with with quality of product and finish. Great job by nathan, answered query promptly, arrived on day and completed job to high standard.

I booked Nathan Close to replace my old back door and kitchen window after accepting his estimate, which was competitively priced. He arrived on time on the agreed date. The old door and window were removed and the new replacements were fully fitted in about two hours. The work was carried out very efficiently and to a high standard and I am very pleased with the results. I will use N L Close again for any repairs or replacement doors and windows. Well worth shortlisting for any similar jobs you may have.

Nathan is a very likeable and courteous young man. He is going to try to acquire the parts that he thinks will be needed for the job to be completed. I’ve tried for the past week without success.

Able to come quickly after posted advert. Quoted and had handle in van already, agreed quote and went and got hinges for bathroom small window as one of the hinges had snapped and the handle had come off. Work completed quickly and house now secure again
