I would definitely recommend! I had a full bathroom installation and John was really helpful with initial design. He sent quote with full breakdown of costs. Great communication throughout the process. The work was started on agreed date and completed in excellent timeframe. John and Ryan completed the bathroom to a high standard and are both genuine, trustworthy and really friendly. I absolutely love the final result!! Happy customer.

I can’t thank John and his team enough for our new bathroom! We are absolutely over the moon and it is now my favourite room in the house! We had no idea where to start when it came to deciding a new bathroom but John was so supportive in helping us decide the right one and the options we had for each area in the room. Each day he kept us fully informed of the progress that had been made and the plans for the work to be completed the following day. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. We have had so many compliments about the bathroom and can’t recommend him enough!

John was absolutely amazing! Such a hard worker and a real perfectionist. My walls and floor were wonky and John sorted it all out. After the original quote we changed a couple of things which weren't a problem and John was happy to quote for the extras. I can hand on heart recommend John to anyone. This was our 3rd and last bathroom renovation, we finally decided to remove the bath in favour of a shower screen/tray. Wish I'd have known about My builder com the last time we had the bathroom done.

John and his team done a fantastic job. They are professional, experienced and skilled at what they do. Our new shower room is gorgeous. We were consulted throughout and they bent over backwards to get everything perfect. Plus they were really nice, polite and considerate the whole time they were in our home. Can’t recommend them enough.

Jonathon was very pleasant to communicate with but the job was poor. The shower floor did not drain at all. It required a bucket and mop at the end of each shower to manage the flood on the floor. We asked Jonathon to come back and sort the job but this never happened. The job was for my partner’s elderly mother and we live a distance away so this was a problem to sort. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Jonathon for a walk in shower.

No problems. Simple to complete Would use again.

Brilliant work, attention to detail nothing was too much trouble, great guys, they came, they saw, they conquered (and believe me they had a task on their hands). Definitely recommend
