I would definitely recommend James, great communication before he came and looked at my light. Unfortunately my light was broke and I needed a new one. James was very friendly and polite. I would definitely use him again.

James was very quick to respond and came out the day after contacting me. He identified the issue (which had been missed by two previous engineers) and fixed it quickly and for the price quoted. Would happily recommend and will be using JME again.
