James was just the right person to have in your house. He replied quickly and gave a price up front no messing about, he came as agreed always keeping in touch then he solved my problem no fuss no moaning a great guy who I would highly recommend.

Very impressed with James. Job was much more complicated due to the wiring in the flat. James was very pleasant, patient and knew exactly what he was doing. Sorted out the original job for replacing light fittings then returned to sort out the wiring. Would hire again.
