Sockets re-sited /additional sockets / wiring in of hob
James arrived when he said he would. He had arranged joint working with his colleague Michael and both men did a really good job. I would be happy to have James do other work for us as it arises and would recommend to others needing electrical work done.

James turned up on time and was very efficient. He also was happy to do an unexpected job I added in last minute. I would hire him again.

3 New double sockets between Kitchen and Living room.
Good experience using James. Kept me up to date with timescales when he would be arriving. Finished in good time and very happy with his work. Would use again.

    Small electrical job
He left a hole in the wall after installing a new plug.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Hi Elaine, this is disappointing. It was fully explained prior, and agreed upon the need for minor plasterwork, following the installation of the new socket, in the required area. It is key to have full understanding, of the works you are requesting, which I thought you did have. There isn’t an electrician in the world who can pass a cable through solid wood, without first drilling. As can be seen from my profile, this is very unusual, and primarily disappointing. Should you struggle to fill the hole, I am more than happy to provide details of a skilled plasterer. Kind Regards, J
