Exceptional service from this company true professionals; staff are friendly and polite. Flagged up a concern which was discussed and sorted within an hour without any quibble despite it involved resetting some levels which they had previously set. Their approach is that customer wishes and requests come first. All areas left clean and tidy; all waste removed and disposed of. Started job on time, timescale to complete job was done and executed on time Shaped the driveway as instructed and the overall effect is good and appealing to the eye as most of my neighbours have made comments on how the driveway looks and the speed it was completed

J M Groundworks transformed the front of our property by removing the existing wall, replacing the existing paving to create a driveway and creating a dropped kerb. From start to finish, the service that we have received from Jack and his team has been exceptional. They were extremely punctual, friendly and professional with an incredible work ethic. Jack was a joy to communicate with and provided us with sound and helpful advice in relation to the job. The job was complete in less than two days, which we still cannot believe! As if that was not impressive enough, it was completed with as little disturbance as was possible to our neighbours (so our neighbours have told us) and the area was left immaculate. We are absolutely over the moon with the job that Jack and his team have done for us, at a very reasonable price too! We cannot recommend J M Groundworks highly enough!

All round first class service, Jack came to look at the job and gave useful advice on how to lay things out. Quote came within a couple of days and was competitive. The team were able to start the job within days - they worked really hard to get the work done and everything was done to specification and a high standard. We made a couple of changes to the original specification as work progressed but still managed to get everything done within budget. When team Left site they took all waste away - 1st class job - would highly recommend.
