Adrian came out to quote the same day we exchanged messages. Advised me that it was repairable and didn't need replacing as I originally thought it did. Job was completed there and then. Great service and a great bloke to deal with.

Adrian arrived in response to my posting on my builder website, after showing him what I wanted doing and him asking various questions about different types of guttering which were available to do the job a price and date were agreed upon. On said date Adrian arrived on time after ringing to say he was on his way. A few hours later and now in pouring rain with Adrian and his assistant Craig both soaked it was agreed that to do some pointing work on the tiles would be pointless. Adrian agreed to ring when the forecast was better which he duly did on the Thursday when he finished the work . Great to have someone who sticks to their word and acted professionally from start to finish, I will have no hesitation in using him again for any further work that arrises in the future.

I searched a wide range of roofers, clearly I made a good decision in selecting Adrian, truly very professional in all aspects. Made me feel comfortable in the exercise answering all questions promptly and completing the work on time as promised, to a very good standard Indeed. His price was very competitive, although the work and his approach was more important to me than the cost. Due to the frequent storms we’ve been having the torrential rain caused a leak in our living room late on Saturday evening. This was now an emergency and I put a job out after 10:30pm. Adrian replied swiftly at such an hour and took on the job even though he doesn’t work Sundays but wanted to sort this for me! He arrived at lunch the next day and got straight to work. I’d mentioned the leak would have been from a broken tile that was exposed as well as some slipped tiles. An hour later and he’d replaced a couple tiles, added sealant to many other tiles that were worse for wear, did some lead flashing and reset a lot of tiles, essentially way more than was expected. I was so appreciative & taken aback of how above and beyond he went. He gave an in-depth description of what he had done & said he would come back free of charge if the leak persisted. Incredible fast service, a good price for a last minute weekend job and Adrian was amazing throughout the processes. Highly recommend. Will be using again for future works. Jackie

From beginning to end JLA Roofing and Property Maintenance have been brilliant. Came quickly to assess and provided quote on same day. Work was completed with care to my property, courtesy to us as customers and from what I can see quality workmanship and completed in good time. I was kept in the loop at all times and responses to any queries were done with speed and accuracy. A job very well done and would highly recommend.
