Thanks for the review Nadean, unfortunate it was only neutral seeing as it’s inaccurate. After replacing the coupling kit on your toilet I called your husband In to the bathroom to show him the old one had completely rusted away, and explained why there was rust on the floor behind the toilet which I offered to clean once I had finished and his response was “don’t worry, she can do it later on” in reference to you. We’d never leave a job untidy unless a customer tells us that they would rather clean themselves in which this was the case at your house, but thank you for the review anyway saying we did a good job because that part was true :)
