He came round and removed my bath panel which had broke which was fine as the bath panel was rotten. He ended up taking 3 tiles with it unesscarily and never got back to us despite text reminders. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.Answer from tradesperson:
We sent you a quote over, and your whole bathroom was water damaged, taking the bath panel out resulted in the tiles coming loose as the panel had swollen and your entire floor was flooded. We sent a quote and didn’t get a response from you, this review is unfair

Found Jack using MyBuilder website. Jack is very friendly and professional He was very prompt at arranging attendance, was on site at clients property within the hour to inspect a leak. He kept us updated at every stage and explained what was required. The leak was resolved within 2 hours of first contact with Jack Very competitive pricing.
