His finishing touches are incredibly bad and I had to get another builder in subsequently to do all the finishing touches to a good standard for my kitchen, bathroom and wooden flooring. He is also not someone who can get on with the works on his own and needs constant supervision and advice. I would not trust him to do any plumbing works or laying any wall tiles (leaks from my bathroom – dirty water in my living room and the mosaic tiles not aligned). Even the bookshelves that he installed were wobbly and not safe. He has a habit of promising everything but falls far short of delivering to the expectations. He didn’t even dedicate a few minutes to clean up and tended to leave all his equipment, building materials and any packaging throughout the house when he was made aware that we would be staying in the house for most days. Also he did not even fix/ connect my bathroom extract fan and towel rail which were in full working condition beforehand.
