JK Improvement Ltd. completed the contract to my satisfaction. Valentina's team are professional, friendly and very accommodating to the whims of a customer who, often at no notice asked for minor changes to the works. Valentina, the company controller was readily available to provide assistance to me at any time in the course of the contract and I was grateful for her attention to the provision of customer care and after service. If the need arose I would use JK Improvement Services Ltd. again and am happy to recommend the company to anyone contemplating an installation of flooring be it hardwood or laminate.

Many thanks to Valentina and the team. Visitors to the house notice straight away that the staircase has had work done, which has us feeling even more delighted with the skim and painting. From quote to job completion they were understanding, adaptable and courteous. Liked the prompt responses and updates, especially working to tight timeframe as I was. I had my bathroom ceiling plastered and repainted. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I was constantly updated on progress as I live overseas. The workmanship was completed to a high standard and the room was left clean, tidy after the workmen finished each time. This company are professional and efficient and I highly recommend them.

The workmen arrived precisely on time.They were friendly and professional. The job I wanted done was good.When they left I noticed that the dishwasher door did not close properly.I informed them about it...They were extremely apologetic.They came back to me within 30 minutes and rectified it....I have no hesitation in recommending the company.!...

I was contacted by Valentina after putting an advert for Laminate floor installation in a 2-bedroom flat. I was incredibly surprised at how professional this company was, All requests big or small was met with a smile. Valentina and Jivko were a joy to work with on this project and the standard of work is of high quality. I am incredibly pleased and look forward to working with them in the near future.

Excellent job. Everyone on time and completed the work as agreed. On start the extent of the work was re-evaluated and scope adjusted with a reduced price offered without having to request that. Very proactive communications throughout.

I can't praise these guys highly enough. From Valentina keeping in touch constantly through to the guys impeccable work rate and work standard. Totally professional experience and totally professional experienced tradesmen. Turned up on time done a full days graft and left an absolutely first class job. Very tidy and spent a lot of time at the end clearing up etc It's very rare to get this level of expertise and commitment. I thank the guys for their dedication
