We are really happy with the work that the guys did on our hallway. Very responsive to messages and flexible on when the work could be done. Always on time and the quality of work was great. We have a few more projects and will use them again. Thanks Valentina and the guys!

I cannot say enough good things about the plasterers. They were always on time, hard working, polite, clean, friendly and approachable. I never got the sense that any work was too difficult or complicated for them. A lot of the time you get workmen that make it seem that the job is the most complicated job they have ever undertaken but not these guys which made the whole process so much easier. They were able to give me a fair price, start quickly, finish the job in a very good time, but most importantly, the quality of their work has been incredible. They took care to protect the windows, switches, and the finish is fantastic. We would certainly go back to them for future projects and I'd be more than happy to recommend these guys to friends and family. Thank you Val and the boys for all the great work!

The guys turned up on time. Did the job in one as they said. Went round with a hoover when they finished. Very pleased with them. Would use again.

JK Improvement did an excellent job from start to finished. Communicated well throughout, despite the flooring supply issues (not their fault) they were very helpful to support and look at alternative suppliers. I will happily use their services again and highly reccommend them to others.

Right from the start, the communication was great. Val was in charge of the project and has done a great job liaising with the team from demolition to plumber and tiler etc. She as also in charge of choosing the tiles and the colours etc. keeping in regular contact and update with changes. they carried out the work over Christmas and new year and completed it in the early days of 2023. They have done a great job and kept me updated with photos. The work carried out was excellent. the tiling the pipe fitting and taps. I hope they will have the images on their website. paying attention to all the details. Since then, I have provisionally booked them to replace the kitchen later in the year.

Excellent service from JK Improvement. They came when they said they would and kept us informed and updated and answered any queries very quickly. Their decorator Seval was very skilled in both wallpapering and painting and certainly knows his trade. Altogether a really great bunch of people who work hard. I would definately recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
