Quick and easy. Great guy

First of all, apologies for the lateness of the feedback. Secondly, I have attempted to contact Jason both by sending three text messages and messaging via this website to discuss my issues and they have so far gone unheeded. I make no apologies in resorting to giving negative feedback on here as my attempts at trying to resolve this directly with Jason has failed. Around one month ago, water was pouring through my living room ceiling. After having to find an emergency plumber at the cost of £150 the leak was traced to a water pipe in the bathroom that had been pierced by a screw that was 1.5 inches long. This leak was clearly caused by the work that Jason carried out in 2015. In addition to £150 for a plumber, it has also cost me £70 to lay down the ply in order that the floor can be retiled. I am disappointed at both the workmanship and the lack of response from Jason to try and resolve this issue and feel that is the only way to convey my feelings with regard to the quality of the job.

Jason did a good job quickly solving the problem efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would use again.
