It is a pleasure to be able to write a review for such an outstanding service. Jay did a wonderful job of fitting a new bathroom and I would highly recommend him. The work was commenced on time and finished within the time scale set at time of quote. The estimate matched the final payment and Jay was kind enough to source the materials himself while providing a detailed breakdown of costs. When an item was no longer available, a suitable, well priced alternative was found and run past us before purchase. We have a toddler in the house and expected there to be a lot of mess to contend with The disruption was absolutely minimal each day - every day the house was left clean and tidy, perfectly safe for a toddler. I cannot thank him enough for this unexpected courtesy and care. It showed a real thoughtfulness and professionalism that my family hugely appreciated. Jay is hard working, polite and considerate. A super tradesman and skilful at his craft. If I ever have another plumbing need, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Both guys were very professional, absolutely amazing eye for detail, perfect tiling, perfect plastering,perfect electics and amazing plumbing, we are hiring these guys again for more work, but expect they may get very busy. Thank you guys !!

Cannot fault Jay's work. We are really happy with the new bathroom, so much that we have booked him again next month to do us a wet room. He was punctual and always kept me informed of progress. He and Davis worked like trojans. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Absolutely delighted with J and Davis from start to finish. Excellent communication, very efficient at all times and superb quality of workmanship. J went out of his way to ensure that all our wishes for our new bathroom were met and exceeded. He even drove a great distance to source the correct tiles for us which were out of stock locally. Both J and Davis worked very hard and to schedule providing lots of really useful advice for us. Many people have remarked on the quality of the finish in the bathroom, particularly the tiling. We are so glad to have found JJJ Building Solutions and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

Jay and Davis at JJJ did a fantastic job with our new ensuite. We can not sing their praises enough. Very good with communications before job started and Jay gave excellent advice that helped with our choices and saved us money. The whole job was seamless and they are so tidy. So glad to have found great tradespoiled. We are already booking JJJ for a job at our daughters house and a other project in our garden. We had wasted space under stairs Jay turned it into a great cloakroom and cupboard,they had to move a wall and put up new stud walls plastering,tiling,electrical,plumbing including fitting of basin,pan & cistern & all other aspects of building. Jay was very punctual very friendly & helpful. Jay & his mate worked very hard & Jays pricing was very reasonable. Jay & his mate have done a fantastic job & we would recommend to anyone. We would not hesitate to have them come and do more work. Great job guys we love it.

We had our bathroom fitted by julius, what can I say they were absolutely fantastic. Very hard working, excellent quality, very friendly and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and we will using them again. I love my new bathroom.

Jay and the team did a fantastic job of our house. It required complete renovation including 3 walls removing, new kitchen and bathrooms, new ceilings and the whole house replastered and new flooring. They worked hard to complete the job within the timeframe and were very reasonably priced. Jay and the team were friendly and helpful the whole way through and cannot fault their workmanship and work ethic. We have just moved house again and definitely hoping to use them for our next project!
