    - Foundations for a structure to be built **Customer description** Small area of basic slabs for bins to stand on down my alleyway. Approx 9 sqm (that’s an educated guess). It will need to be levelled and 600x600mm slabs laid. I do have a budget to keep to.....as I plan to do the whole garden with paving in a few years time. Thank you

    I have just had some paving work carried out by Jason I can only say I hadn’t expected such excellent service firstly I would like to say I had never met or spoken to him before apart from a chat on my builder and I always believe that people that are given scores of ten are friends or relatives it may be the case sometimes but not in this instance. His time was spot time on when he started the work ,he was polite not too chatty and worked non stop to a completion neat tidy clean and professional. His price was very low and I couldn’t be happier. I would have no problem with engaging him in any other projects. I am one genuine very happy client 10 out of ten thank you.

    Concrete steps repair
    Horizontals too heavy a slope. Vertical rendering failed and slid down the steps. Said he'd come back and fix it. Two weeks later prompted him. No answer. Prompted again. Said he'd had a death in the family and would get back to us. Nothing for several weeks. Prompted him again. No reply.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    First I did the job to help you out. Charged you peanuts due to you being elderly. Your also live a long long way away. I did the job and done it well. I have photos to prove this. A few days later it poured down and the cement run down a few slabs. My dad passed away and I was finding it hard to work. But for you put put that on here over no fault of my workmanship is disgusting!!!

    New wooden sturdy side gate sourced/installed
    Had a side gate replaced. Very professional, punctional, courteous and a good price for the work involved. Will use again without hesitation

    Relocate underground waste pipe
    I want to say many thanks for your services today.Jason was very knowledgeable in what was needed to be done but unfortunately the work could not be completed due to the complications that arrived from building work carried out in 2004 . Jason explained why and where the errors where made due to the work carried out in 2004 but came up with a solution i didn't realise which i can do myself .I cant thank Jason enough for that which i can tell you saved me from a MAJOR PROBLEM. Very polite builder to work with and would recommend Jason for his services. Many Thanks Mr M Szpur
