Jason to the rescue! I thought I could dig up the garden and slap down a shed base myself…. Oh was I wrong.. neither did I know what I was doing, nor did I know how much materials I would need. After digging a large whole (and putting my back out) I called for some help and Jason came within 20 minutes - quoted a days job (don’t think my digging really helped tbh) that ended up taking longer due to rain, typical British weather. I was away at the time, so gave him access to the back to do as he needed. Kept me informed the whole time, sent pictures, and didn’t just give me a shed base… he gave me a base I could construct a tower on!!!! Brilliant job, top quality, great price, no extra charge for the extra day work due to rain! All round great experience and will most likely be calling Jason for help again!

Overall I was very satisfied with the work carried out and the final product. The patio looks great with a good finish, the team were very helpful with some of the complications that came up. Only negatives I can give was communication wasn't great when they couldn't get to me on the greed date due to delays on a previous job. Work was delayed just over a month.

Jason turned up quickly after posting my ad, and set my expectations really well. He listened to my requirements of the job and quoted my a fair price in the agreed time. He and the team started on time but the job ran a little over due to extreme heat, rain and some extra requirements on my part, but that didn’t both us - it’s got to be expected. The quality of finish of the patio was lovely and we’re very happy.

Over the moon with our new patio and front garden. Found this company on mybuilders.com and was impressed with the works. From quotation to the finished job, I was kept informed. Of course throughout the job there were other hurdes they successfully completed but it pushed the deadline further back for a couple of days. The 2 workmen were lovely, polite and very hard working and I cannot fault them. Every neighbour is impressed with my new look of the front garden and patio now. I would recommend them in an instant. I am very pleased with the patio that JJE Builders have created for me this week. Jason provided a helpfully detailed quote, which was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive I received. From the outset, Jason has been open, clear and professional about every aspect of the project, including starting and finishing on the dates he'd predicted would be the case. Considerable craftsmanship and care was evident in preparing of the foundation and laying the paving slabs. Jason promised that at the end of the project everything would be tidied and cleared away, which it certainly has been. Many thanks too to Jason and his assistant for their courtesy throughout.

Absolutely superb job. From the beginning I was reassured by how professional and thorough they were. We discussed the job in detail and Jason and Matt gave useful guidance throughout. The end result is way better than I even imagined. On budget, on time and top quality. Bottom line is that I could have found someone cheaper, but I am positive I could not have found anyone better. Excellent value. Top experience from start to finish - thoroughly recommend.
