Repair lead flashing second floor window

I can highly recommend Jimmy, dealing him was a pleasure. He was very quick to provide a quote and get in touch, carrying out the small job I needed on the same day to a high standard. He was clear in his communication throughout taking pictures as he was working. A thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish.

Bay window roof wear and tear

Jimmy is extremely personable and quoted reasonably compared to some other workmen out there. Always polite and easy to get along with, updating me throughout the job, and helping me with a couple of other linked jobs… he went above and beyond. Can highly recommend.

    Gutter repair/clearing

Jimmy was prompt in contacting me and turning up to do a quote. He then did the job one day later on a Saturday morning. The quote was clear and detailed and the pricing very fair. The job was completed to a professional standard. I asked Jimmy to come back to check one aspect of the job which he did within 3 hours and demonstrated that the guttering was working well. Thank you Jimmy

One new slate on a tiled roof

I was disappointed that the slate that was replaced did not match the rest of the roof. The work was carried out in the evening and I was unable to see the new slate until the following morning. After seeing how long I took to complete the job (15 minutes) I felt it was overpriced. He seemed helpful an did fix some screws into a downpipe without charge

    Answer from tradesperson:

Hi David appreciate your feedback based on how you felt the job was handled, a few things I would like to mention. When replacing a slipped slate you have to bear in mind different batch codes, also your roof has had time to weather over a few years so a new like for like Spanish slate will be slightly brighter and cleaner hence the colour difference. Job was done slightly later then normal as I fitted it in whilst I had my guy with me on the way home, as this was more cost effective for me and for you as it was a simple repair. Overall as noted everything was carried as it should be and the job completed swiftly and efficiently. Please Take The Time To Read Our Other Feedbacks. Thanks Again For Your Custom Best Wishes For The Future. Jimmy Adams JJA ROOFING

    Water leaking through kitchen spotlight

I had a leak on my flat roof ( kitchen area) due to poor workmanship from previous builder. Jimmy came over promptly and after taking a look explained the situation thoroughly. He was great to talk to and deal with. He started straight away because he had everything for the job to be done correctly, in his van. Nice clean finish that I’m very pleased with and more than happy to recommend him to others. Overall, 10/10! Job well done, thanks Jimmy! 👍🏽
