    Gutter cleaning

    I was hoping to be able to leave positive feedback for this trader. The job requirement was to clean the gutters. The particular issue was with one part of the blocked gutter that led to a waterfall effect on my conservatory roof (underneath the gutter) every time it rained. The gutter itself is not mis-allinged. This was explained to the trader on the day. This issue has not been addressed as experienced following the most recent rainfall (which I recorded and shared with the trader). As a result, despite the service provided by the trader, I now have to get another gutter specialist to have it addressed, at additional cost. This is why my review is overall negative. That said, Jimmy is a nice bloke and attempted a job which was not straightforward due to restricted access issues (mid-terrace house).

    My 2nd negative feedback out off 101 reviews.... The job posted was... ( clean gutters front and back mid terraced house ) which you will see if you follow he’s profile. I carried out the work I said I would do, which was cleaning off the gutters. I also made videos of before and after, which the client see and also received via WhatsApp. However the concern on the day was how I was gonna access the rear due to the glass conservatory. There is obviously other issues with the guttering causing it to over flow. 1) constant build up off heavy moss due to roof covered in it . 2) wooden fascias so it’s possible to be out off alignment due to long term weight sitting in the gutters. 3) brackets and seals have some age related marks .     Clean gutters

    Good communication, cleaned gutters and advised on roof. Unfortunately couldn’t clean gutters above conservatory. Job carried out quickly and done well. I would recommend.

    Tiles slipped

    Jimmy was very nice and explained what he was doing. Job finished to good standard and price reasonable. I will use Jimmy in the future and recommend him to others. All in all a good experience.

    Mortar join of chimney needs to be fixed

    He uncovered some extensive damages to the wood underneath that turned the job into an overall roof replacement

    Guttering repair

    Genuine guy. Did everything he could to help me. Great communication while doing the job. Nice honest guy. Would definitely recommend.

    Roof repair

    Jimmy and his colleagues from JJA Roofing provided a class-A service for our roof, which was very much in need of some repairs . He takes pride in his work and goes to lengths to ensure that the work is of top quality. He explains in detail the work that needs to be done and doesn't leave any mess behind. On top of this, Jimmy is extremely polite and courteous and I would certainly recommend him.
