Jimmy has a great company. Excellent communication, clearly discussed the job and it’s implications and set out very reasonable costings. Any changes to the initial plan were discussed prior to engagement and they cleaned up post work. Would very much recommend.

Jimmy has an extremely positive and cheerful manner and as he responded instantly and was available the same day I was impressed and hired him. With hindsight I’d say he has the gift of the gab. My mistake, I should have got a few other quotes. We agreed a price but then he added in another £70 once he’d started for some unforeseen necessity he had encountered. This made it even toppier than it first appeared (which I was prepared to pay for swift completion). He got job done very quickly, maybe an hour and a half, having said it would take “a few hours” or “the afternoon” which in my mind means at least 3hours. For a cheap bit of guttering and such a quick job, think I was probably stung at £570, but as I didn’t bother to get other quotes I don’t know for sure. A couple of neighbours who’ve had gutter work recently thought it was a lot too. He’s pleasant enough, but he definitely miss sold to me how long/big the job was so I wouldn’t hire again.

Jimmy offered us a competitive quote and showed up promptly a few days later to start the work. The job completed quickly and to a high standard. The team was pleasant to deal with, communicated all details related to the work being carried out and did a thorough clean up in the end.

Job done to a good standard. Turned up at the right time for the job itself but ignored requested hours to turn up for quite. Quite pricey for the time the job took.

Jimmy responded immediately to my job post and arrived within 30 minutes. He checked out the problem and fixed it straight away. He was polite and courteous and sorted the issue out quickly for me.

Jimmy is very reliable. Jimmy was quick to reply and came the day after to look at the job as planned. During the visit, Jimmy explained very simply what the cause of the problem was and what would be needed to get it fixed. As Jimmy was doing the job, he showed me progress at every stage of the work until completion, so I could gain confidence that the work was done properly.
