    Cooker installation

    Bathroom fit

    A bathroom suite fitted perfectly and the room had been fully cleaned up. I couldn't be happier with the work. Great communication throughout too. I will be hiring Joe again for other jobs.

    Boiler service.

    Please keep as far you can from this guy. I paid for domestic service and gas safe certificate for my 3 years boiler He came to my place has done the checks open the boiler, Clean some parts. After finishing the job, the problems start right away—a leak from the boiler, no heat and wild noises coming from the boiler. I called him to come over and fix the problem. After his second visit, the wireless Thurmaston lost connection with the boiler. Have no heat, radiators are freezing cold I can't be more disappointed with this guy.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    He called me and said how much for a gas safety and a boiler service I told him price he was happy so I carried out a boiler Service and a gas safety certificate on his property. Everything was fine. I then got a call Saturday night saying my boiler is making a noise, I was currently out and couldn’t attend so I said I will come and have a look tomorrow on Sunday. When I went back his wife stated to me that the boiler has been making this noise for Servaral months now. I didn’t pick anything up on my service, so the job was a separate issue but tried blaming me and getting me to do the job for free.

    Yearly Boiler service
