    Dual fuel cooker replacement.

    No hesitation in recommending JFM and would certainly engage again. Cooker finally 'gave up the ghost' Monday lunchtime. Currys could DELIVER ONLY on Thursday between 0900-1300 so I needed someone to install and issue gas safety certificate on Thursday after 1300. JFM expressed interest in the job which was not entirely straightforward. Because I could not describe accurately the configuration of the existing connection he suggested looking at it the following morning at 0730 on his way to another job.That was a prudent and reassuring move. We agreed a price on the job and the installation was carried out as planned with the necessary modifications. Good job.

    Disconnected an old gas fire and cap off gas supply

    Very professional friendly team. The job was completed quickly and the mess was cleared away leaving the room neat and tidy. There was good communication when pricing and arriving to complete the job.

    Install new cooker

    Unable to switch off tap

    Joseph did a fantastic job for us. He fixed the main problem we called him for, but also helped us fix another problem around a leaking stopcock. It was a pleasure working with him, and I'll be happy to hire him in the future for any plumbing jobs.

    Remove gas pipes from fireplace

    I didn't get a chance to work with JML as the work was done before by someone else who was working at next door, but Joe was very responsive and professional and agreed to finish the work within 24 hours and with reasonable price

    Kitchen and utility sink and taps connecting

    Job done ok and nice enough guys. I expected someone to complete both sinks and ensure all is good, on the kitchen sink they connected the taps and left the existing waste and didn’t ensure everything was fine, because someone else had done the waste before. I was looking for someone to take care of both sinks and that’s not really what I got. Slightly rushed attitude and pipes not left looking great - but they are connected. Overall, it was ok and they returned to fit a full bore valve.

    I believe we done what we could of on this job, unfortunately he wanted a bit more than what we quoted for and wanted us to check someone else’s work and there mistakes, that’s not down to us and wanted the issues repaired for extra nothing.
