Him spotting this led to Thames Water coming out to fix a wider problem that could have led to sewage backing up through our drains! I am very pleased with Joel's work, he was tidy and methodical and the end result is perfect. He even sprayed some of my other drainage pipes to match the new pipes which I thought was a nice touch and really helps the overall aesthetic. I'm having an extension built and he planned out the drainage to fit perfectly with the rest of the project, asking relevant questions along the way. Overall, his work was excellent, he was prompt and timely, and I will definitely use his services again.
