Gutter cleaned and repaired . Whole house roofing de -mossed and cleaned. Pleased that the work done was tidy and efficiently carried out.

Jetmir Xhika was very pleasant and polite, cleaned my guttering and fixed a few of the joining's. I was told 100.00 however when finished due to having to replace some of the guttering the price increased a bit more than I anticipated, which he compromised with the price for me. I wish he took pictures afterwards to show me what he had done like he did to show me what was wrong. Overall I feel it was a job well done and would hire again.

Jetmir was very good with his communication from the very start when we got the quote. He knew that our work needed to be carried out asap, which he made it possible. Great job by Jetmir and his pal - good communication beforehand, turned up on the day on time, easy and pleasant to deal with, did some extra work replacing a broken tile a did not charge extra for this - a job well done and I would definitely recommend him to others.

On our estate, 5 properties engaged Jetmir to clad soffits and Facias in Black colour. Jetmir was prompt in providing quotes and communicated well with all the owners as and when requested. Jetmir was polite and prompt. He was present to ensure all the scaffolding was put up and efficiently worked to complete the five houses. He was tidy and corrected any minor issue without question when highlighted. All five housed were completed and the work was efficiently and tidy, and looks excellent. As per his ethos he requested payment on completion and on satisfaction. One minor mute point was change in price after quotations were accepted. However, we greatly recommend Jetmir as he is honest , approachable, communicates well and has done a good job. We Would definitely use his services again, and thoroughly recommend him.
