    Kitchen tap rubber worn out over the sink
    Really good communication, super fast, gave me options to choose from that will help. Super helpful. I would definitely use again and recommend too.

    Power flush central heating system.
    We highly recommend Joe Jepp. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, professional, and got the job done. He kept all his promises and we cannot praise him highly enough. Well done Joe.

    Boiler Mate water tank replacement
    Joe did a fantastic job replacing my heating system. Really lovely man would use him again. Clean, courteous and a hard worker.

    Boiler not producing hot water
    Faster response, punctual and seems to know his job. Needs to be reasonable with charges - very pricey. Charged £320 for buying and fitting original Honeywell Motorized Valve and kitchen tap (I already bought). Following the valve replacement 2 radiators did not work. All my radiators were working prior to my boiler stopped heating water. Joe came back to check as promised that if there is any problem we should call him. One of the radiators worked when we turned the control of others off. He advised that the setting was wrong at the beginning and if he is to get the other one to work will charge me for it. I just had to leave it as the radiator is located in the kitchen anyway. Bleeding point for one radiator broke and if he is to get me another bleeding point will charge £50. If you don’t mind spending unduly then Joe is the man for you. I may use him again when I am sure of my pocket and desperate as I was this time.

    Putting an electric shower up

    Replace water tank in loft
    Joe was very knowledgable and this is shown throughout his work that was completed. Work carried out was a boiler conversion to a combi boiler. Unlike tradesmen I’ve used in the past who don’t clean up after themselves, Joe left the place tidy. Excellent, painless (for me) work all round and actually already booked him for another job. Highly recommended.
