Joe was really responsive and attended to view the works the same day. He explained everything that needed to be done and why and even tried to source a cheaper pump for me. Next day he was back on site and replaced the shower pump within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe.

The engineer attended, looked the the issue, got the boiler temporary working for the evening, before re-attending 2 days later with the required part, all fitted, all fixed, with no problems, and was very reasonable in price. i am a building manager in London and I would highly recommend this firm. Will definitely be using again. Thank you.

Joe was very polite and a really good communicator. He explained the situation to us and suggested solutions. His repair job was very professional, he quickly provided the necessary spare parts on the same day and left the bathroom clean and tidy. He even gave us some tips on how best to maintain clear pipes. We will definitely recommend.
