Very polite and well presented. Good communication when getting in touch and punctual. Advised throughout the service what he was doing and also informed and shown defects and potential issues as he worked through. Whilst carrying out a soundness test on the gas supply he found that there was a serious leak. We managed to identify a leak from the regulator outside my property, so he has had to isolate the gas supply until the leak is rectified. Now waiting for an emergency engineer to call from the supplier. Jamie will need to return to replace the boiler igniter and replace seals/gaskets to both igniter housing and heat exchanger, and may have to replace the regulator as well depending on whether the emergency engineers says and finds. Would recommend J D Plumbing & Gas as he is knowledgeable and thorough.

I was stuck with no hot water after coming back from holiday. Jamie was great, came out the same week and fixed the boiler. Professional and friendly service, 100% recommend.

Jamie was very focused and sorted out my heating problem which included a cool radiator in the living room. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend Jamie for any type of heating work required.
