Jon was very attentive when we called him out for a quote, discussing in detail our requirements and how best to achieve them. Once the job was underway, he worked quickly and efficiently and took pains to leave the site very tidy after each visit. Everything he did was done professionally and neatly. He was very helpful in offering advice about (and even practical assistance with) some other aspects of the kitchen refit. He was always responsive, polite and considerate. All-in-all, we would heartily recommend Jon to anyone needing any plumbing work doing.

Really great communication. Messaged about the job straight away. Gave very fair prices for the job in question plus further work we wanted to be done as well. It was a tricky job as the part we ordered wasn’t suitable but that was no problem as he came back with the correct part later in the day. Left everywhere lovely and clean. Very friendly and professional and would definitely use again should we need any work doing.
