Very good customer service Agreed a price then booked an appointment. The job was carried out. Jon was very helpful and efficient Attended on the time agreed. Jon offered a lot of advice on how to change the filter etc. Job area left very clean I will definitely use JC plumbing for any future jobs.

Jon was very understanding of our situation and although the call out was for a weekend he didn't charge us extortionate rates like you can get for emergency call outs with many plumbers. He charged us a very fair rate and completed the job to a very high standard. 5 stars from us and we will be using Jon again in the future. Thanks Mate.
